Terms and Conditions for Black Forest Rentals

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all bookings and contracts made through this website of Black Forest Rentals for vacation apartments. By booking a stay, the guest agrees to these T&Cs.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when Black Forest Rentals accepts the guest's booking. The booking is made by confirming the reservation on our website or via email. A binding booking is only confirmed upon acceptance by us.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in euros, including the applicable VAT. Payment is due via bank transfer after invoicing. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in tax rates or currency conversion.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 16:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Any deviations from these times can be arranged subject to availability and prior agreement.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

In case of cancellation, the following terms apply: Up to 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Within 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged. Less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email).

6. Liability

Black Forest Rentals is not liable for any damage caused by force majeure, third parties, or the guest. The apartments are provided in good condition, and we do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen property of the guest.

7. Use of the Apartments

The booked apartments may only be used by the persons named in the contract. Pets are allowed with prior approval and for an additional fee (max. 2 pets per apartment, except in Apartment IDA). Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. A fine of 200 EUR will be charged if smoking occurs inside the apartment.

8. House Rules

Guests are required to comply with the house rules and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. Parties, loud noise, and causing disturbances to other guests or neighbors are not allowed. In case of violation, Black Forest Rentals reserves the right to terminate the stay early.

9. Changes and Availability

Apartment availability may change based on bookings. Should an apartment become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a comparable accommodation or refund any payments made.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Your information is used solely for processing your booking and communication with you. It will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for fulfilling the contract (e.g., to payment providers).

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies. The legal venue for all disputes arising from this contract is [Your Location].

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the remainder of the T&Cs will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the invalid provision.
