**INGRID** our stylish, new apartment in a small residential building, centrally located in VS-Schwenningen, with no neighbors above you. There is a seating area in front of the house and your own parking space. With the personal door code, check-in (from 4 pm) and check-out (until 10 am) are possible at any time. Fast WLAN (150 Mbit), Netflix, bed linen/towels/soap/shampoo are of course included! Supermarket, bakery, bus stop, gym, gas station, e-charging station, universities in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation
It is a small, cozy one-room apartment that was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. The bright apartment has a small, functional checkroom in the entrance hall. In the cozy one-room apartment there is a stylish wall in petrol with modern wood paneling, a large, comfortable 180x200 bed, an open closet, an extendable sofa bed (160x200), an extendable dining table with 4 chairs, a fitted kitchen with stove, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven and dishwasher. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer, clothes horse, washing machine and window for ventilation. Bed linen, towels, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, garbage bags, spices, washing-up liquid, sponge, tea towel are provided free of charge! Of course, the toilet with washbasin is located in a separate room directly in the apartment! There is a small selection of drinks and snacks, which can be used for an extra charge, not a must! Pads for the washing machine and coffee machine are also provided.
