The air-conditioned accommodation is located on the top floor of a residential building. There is only one other apartment below you. The apartment is uniquely and modernly furnished. There is a large bedroom with sleeping for 4 and open shower. In the hallway is the checkroom and the small WC. In the separate living and dining room there is a fitted kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, washing machine, TV, sofa bed, dining table and minibar (for an extra charge). Both rooms have air conditioning and all roof windows can be darkened. The small but nice terrace with a cozy seating area invites you to linger.
